Healthcare Leaders Collective Foundation (HLCF) is a young and purpose-driven foundation, constituted in 2025 and registered under the Societies Act, 1860, with PAN-India operations.

HLCF brings together an empowered collective of distinguished leaders from across the healthcare delivery, medical devices, and pharmaceutical sectors, united by a shared commitment to leadership, governance, and systemic healthcare transformation. The Foundation serves as a neutral, collaborative platform to advance thought leadership, strengthen institutions, and drive sustainable impact across the healthcare ecosystem.

Why HLCF Was Needed

Healthcare systems across the world are evolving at an unprecedented pace—driven by technology, policy shifts, rising patient expectations, workforce challenges, and increasing operational complexity.
